European-Wide Distribution Agreement Gives JAD Logic Exclusivity in the U.K.

San Diego – Mar. 12, 2007 –StoneFly™, Inc., a leading supplier of integrated IP storage area network (SAN) systems and a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamic Network Factory, Inc. (DNF), today announced its entrance into the European enterprise storage arena, a move bolstered by a continent-wide distribution agreement that the company has just signed with JAD Logic Ltd., a leading U.K. IT solutions provider specializing in data storage and backup.

JAD Logic will serve as an anchor for the StoneFly channel program across Europe, establishing and supporting the company’s overall reseller network in a variety of countries including Ireland, Great Britain, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, and Denmark. In the U.K., JAD Logic will maintain exclusive rights to StoneFly IP SAN sales.

According to Ken Friend, Channel Director for StoneFly, the agreement with JAD Logic represents an important new phase of StoneFly’s growth. “We are very pleased to align with a company of the caliber of JAD Logic as we broaden our reach into new European markets that are certain to appreciate all that iSCSI storage has to offer,” said Friend. “With its widely regarded expertise in storage, JAD Logic is the ideal distribution partner for establishing the StoneFly brand in Europe.”

Recognized as one of the U.K.’s leading data storage specialists, JAD Logic boasts partnerships with the most elite technology companies including Microsoft, HP, Sun and Dell. According to Dennis Hicks, managing director for JAD Logic, the alliance with StoneFly marks the first time that his company has represented an iSCSI storage vendor. “We are eager to deliver the StoneFly brand — which is marked by both innovation and value — to our wide range of European customers,” said Hicks. “The European market is primed for a proven iSCSI storage solution such as StoneFly’s that is easy to install and manage, yet also supports advanced technologies such as SAS disks, 10-Gig Ethernet, RAID 6, VMware, and tiered storage applications.”

Europe’s Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) anticipates significant growth for iSCSI in 2007, along with major developments in the market as iSCSI gains ground on Fibre Channel SANs. In addition, industry analysts consider iSCSI to be one of the fastest-growing areas of the storage market, with a 74.8% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for revenue projected for 2005-2010, according to IDC. To support this growth, JAD Logic will guide and assist StoneFly’s European resellers at every level of the sale, for end customers in every facet of industry. In conjunction with JAD Logic, StoneFly will offer resellers everything they need to be successful with their IP SAN sales efforts, including special discounts, increased margins, a partner management system, marketing support and intensive iSCSI training.
