The new data deduplication capability will be offered across StoneFly’s entire product line, include both physical high-availability appliances and StoneFly’s SCVM virtual machine which offers extreme flexibility and affordability.

“Data deduplication is a highly sought after feature by companies looking for reliable and cost-effective management of their business-critical data,” said Tom Cook, Permabit CEO. “StoneFly’s StoneFusion operating system enhanced with Albireo data optimization technologies delivers comprehensive storage efficiency to their customers.”
